Ingredients
2 tsp Mint leaves paste
¼" Ginger piece
½ tsp fresh coriander paste
To taste black salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Jal jeera powder
Method

Put all the ingredients
in a blender and grind to paste.

Add 3/4 glass chilled
water and add 1 tsp. of jal jeera powder. Stir well.

Strain the mixture.

Garnish with besan
bundi and a slice of lemon.
