Veggie Frankies

Ingredients

  • 4 chapatis

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 cup grated paneer

  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated

  • 1 cheese cube, grated

  • 2 teaspoons chaat masala

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tomato, cut into strips

  • 1 small green pepper, cut into strips

  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Peel and grate the boiled potatoes and place in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add paneer, carrot, cheese, half the chaat masala, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.

  3. Divide into 4 equal parts and roll into a long roll the size of chapatis. Keep aside.

  4. Warm the chapaties and place on a serving plate.

  5. Put one roll in middle of each chapati.

  6. Put some green pepper and tomato strips and sprinle some chaat masala on top.

  7. Roll up the chapati. Serve immedietly.
