  Nutri nugget kabab

Ingredients

1 cup Nutri nuggets
4 tablespoon roasted besan
2/3 chopped green chilies
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste

Method

  1. Boil the nutri nugget badi's (for one boil). Strain away all the water.
  2. Blend the nuggets into small piece, with chopped green chilies.
  3. Add cumin, roasted besan, salt, ginger/garlic paste and all other ingredients with the nugget mixture.
  4. Make balls or sheek kabab of the mixture.
  5. In a cooker keep water, take a vessel keep the kababs in it. Do not put the cooker lid and boil for 10 minutes.
  6. After this open the cooker, take out the kababs and let it cool.

If, you want to deep fry the kababs fry them in a kadai or have it boiled with any chutney sauce.
