Ingredients
1 cup Nutri nuggets
4 tablespoon roasted besan
2/3 chopped green chilies
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
Method
- Boil the nutri nugget
badi's (for one boil). Strain away all the water.
- Blend the nuggets into
small piece, with chopped green chilies.
- Add cumin, roasted
besan, salt, ginger/garlic paste and all other ingredients with the nugget
mixture.
- Make balls or sheek
kabab of the mixture.
- In a cooker keep
water, take a vessel keep the kababs in it. Do not put the cooker lid and
boil for 10 minutes.
- After this open the
cooker, take out the kababs and let it cool.
If, you want to deep fry the kababs fry them in a kadai
or have it boiled with any chutney sauce.
