Ingredients

4 chapatis
-
2 boiled potatoes
-
1/2 cup grated paneer
-
1 carrot, peeled and grated
-
1 cheese cube, grated
-
2 teaspoons chaat masala
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 tomato, cut into strips
-
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
-
salt to taste
Method
-
Peel and
grate the boiled potatoes and place in a mixing bowl.

Add paneer,
carrot, cheese, half the chaat masala, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.

Divide into 4
equal parts and roll into a long roll the size of chapatis. Keep aside.
-
Warm the
chapaties and place on a serving plate.

Put one roll
in middle of each chapati.
-
Put some
green pepper and tomato strips and sprinle some chaat masala on top.
-
Roll up the
chapati. Serve immedietly.
