  Poha Ke Vada

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. moong (yellow dal) dal

  • 2 cup. poha

  • 4 tbsp. finely chopped spinach

  • 1 tbsp. chopped coriander

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • 3 green chilies, finely chopped

  • Salt according to taste

  • Oil for deep frying

Method

  1. Soak the moong daal in cold water for 1 hour.

  2. Wash the poha (rice flakes) and leave to drain for 10 minutes.

  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, shape into medium size balls and flatten them.

  4. Heat the oil. Fry the vadas and cook until golden brown.

  5. Serve hot with green chutney
