Mix the ingredients
for the dough and add enough water to make a semi-stiff dough.

Divide both the dough and the potato mixture into small equal
portions.

Roll out each portion thinly into
chapattis.

Put one potato chapatti over each dough
chapatti.

Spread a little coconut mixture on top of each potato
chapatti.

Roll up each chapatti tightly and seal the edges by applying water.

Deep fry in oil.

Cut into pieces and serve hot.
