Method

Soak the Sabudana
(sago) in 1 cup of water for 4-5 hours.

Boil the Potatoes and mash it to make a paste.

Add this potato paste, green chilies, salt ,cumin seeds and other
ingredients into the soaked Sabudana (sago) and mix it well.
-
Make small vadas (balls) from this and fry them into the oil, until
they become brownish and fluffy.
-
Serve
with curd or mint or tamarind chutney.
