  Vegetarian Shammi Kabab

Ingredients

Fresh cut pieces of Fava Bean - 3 cup
Channa Dal - 1 cup
Garlic - 12 clove
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp. or according to taste
Whole Black Pepper - 1 tsp. or according to taste
Red Chili whole - 12 or less
Black Cardamom - 1
Green Cardamom - 4
Clove - 4
Cinnamon - 1 long piece
Coriander leaves - 2 tbs.
Chopped Onion - 1 tbsp.
Green Chili - 1/2 tsp.

 Method

  1. Boil all the ingredients together until channa dal became soft but not pasty.

  2.  Grind it without adding any extra water.

  3. Take it out from grinder and add chopped green chili, chopped onion, chopped coriander leave and lime juice.

  4.  Make flat round like a aloo tikki or shape of cutlet.

  5.  Heat oil in frying pan as little as possible and fry kabab until dark brown.

 In case your ground ingredients became too soft add some besan to make it thick.
