Ingredients
1 Raw
mango
1½ cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Saffron strands
½ tsp Cardamom powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Method

Peel and chop raw mango
into chunks.( You can also use whole raw mango and then boil it in water
and strain pulp on cooling.)

In a pan, put mango,
sugar and nutmeg. Boil till the mango is soft and then cool.

Blend in blender till
smooth and sieve.

Add cardamom, saffron and
bring to a boil, stirring continuously.

Remove from the fire and
cool.
-
As and when required
add 3-4 tbsp to a glass of chilled water and mix.
