  Fresh Garlic Chutney

A must have ingredient in any chaat. It stays well refrigerated for up to two weeks.


Makes 3/4 cup.

Ingredients

1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
1 tablespoon chili powder
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt to taste

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender with ¼ cup of water and grind to a fine paste.

  2. Before using, dilute with water and use as required.
