Ingredients
½ kg
Green mangoes, cut with skin, boat shaped
2 Dry red chilies
1 cup Sugar/Jaggery
Panch poron as
required
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Recipe
-
Heat
the oil, add the panch poron, red chilies and when they begin to splutter,
add the green mangoes.

Cover with water, add sugar/jaggery and cook.

When
the fruit is cooked and a thick syrup is formed, add the salt.

Roast a little panch poron and powder it.
-
When the chaatni is cool sprinkle little panch poron over this chaatni.
