Ingredients
Method 1. Wash and cut tomatoes into half inch dices. 2. Wash, peel and cut cucumber and carrots into half inch dices. 3. Wash and peel onions and radish and cut into dices. 4. Wash, deseed capsicum and cut into half inch dices. 5. Wash and chop the green chilies. Clean, wash and chop the coriander leaves. 6. Mix all the vegetables. Add chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Toss well. 7. Arrange in a salad bowl and serve cold. |
