Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 2 tsp. oil + oil for frying

Method

1. Make dough and knead well. Set aside in a warm place to rise for at least 2 hours.

2. When ready to serve food, make balls and shape into thick puris and deep-fry.

 

Serve hot with chhole.
