  Quick Veg-Paneer Broth

Ingredients

Indian Cheese (paneer) - 200  gm
Potato - 1
Green Peas - 1/2  cup
Butter - 11/2  tbsp
Onion - 1  small
Garlic Paste - 1/2  tsp
Ginger - 1/2  tsp
Buttermilk - 1/2  lt
Carrots (grated) - 1
French Beans (chopped) - 5 
Tomato (de-seeded And Chopped) - 1  
Spinach Leaves (shredded) - 1/2  cup
Cream - 2  tbsp
Salt - to taste
Peppercorns (freshly Crushed) - to taste 
Oil - 1  tsp

Method

  1. Boil, peel and mash the potato. Boil and crush the green peas. Cube the paneer.
  2. Grate the carrots, shred spinach, chop onion, string and chop the french beans.
  3. Grind ginger with onion and green peas adding a little water to make a thick paste. Add a little garlic paste and grind. Add mashed potatoes and grind once more.
  4. Heat oil and butter in a pan, add french beans and grated carrots and sauté. Add the ground paste and mix well.
  5. Add whey of paneer and salt, freshly crushed pepper and allow it to boil.
  6. When it starts boiling, add paneer cubes and chopped tomatoes. Add shredded spinach.
  7. Just before serving add fresh cream and serve hot.
