Ingredients
2 tablespoons falooda seeds (sabza)
3 glasses cold milk
6 teaspoons rose syrup
4 ice cubes
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
Method
Soak the sabza in 1 glass of water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain all the excess water from the sabza.
Divide the soaked sabza into 4 glasses equally.
In a bowl, mix the cold milk, iced cubes and rose syrup.
Pour into glasses over sabza.
Top each glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Serve immediately.
Variation: Add saffron instead of rose syrup and you have a kesar (saffron) falooda.
