One Pan Spring Pastas
Follow 3 simple steps and use the ingredients you have in hand...

Add the protein Add a liquid and seasoning to make sauce Add the veggies
soy beans prepared veg. broth, spoonful grated lemon rind cherry tomatoes, assorted colored peppers
 cooked TVP cream of mushroom soup, dash of nutmeg mushrooms, sugar snap peas or frozen peas
fried/grilled paneer pieces salsa, spoonful of pesto sauce asparagus, baby carrots
cooked chick peas prepared marinara sauce, dash of hot chili flakes broccoli, peppers

Add cooked bite-sized pasta to the above mix and toss. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm with garlic bread or a crusty bread.
