One Pan Spring Pastas
Follow 3 simple steps and use the ingredients you have in hand...
| Add the protein |
Add a liquid and seasoning to make sauce |
Add the veggies |

soy beans |
prepared veg. broth, spoonful grated lemon rind |
cherry tomatoes, assorted colored peppers |

cooked
TVP |
cream of mushroom soup, dash of nutmeg |
mushrooms, sugar snap peas or frozen peas |
|
fried/grilled paneer pieces |
salsa, spoonful of pesto sauce |
asparagus, baby carrots |
|
cooked chick peas |
prepared marinara sauce, dash of hot chili flakes |
broccoli, peppers |
Add cooked
bite-sized pasta to the above mix and toss. Top with grated Parmesan cheese
and serve warm with garlic bread or a crusty bread. |
